Everyone at some point has issues that are difficult to resolve alone. Let us help you.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We offer services to families in the Sacramento Area. We offer Parenting Through Your Pain and a Trauma Recovery Group to the community.
We Offer CPS Services which include:
We offer group and individual therapy services for youth ages 9-24
Beautiful Souls Youth Therapy Group
Beginning in November 2022 we will be providing a youth therapy group which will include group and individual therapy.
We offer individual, group, and family therapy for Muslims and individuals practicing Islam.
We are all inclusive and affirming of clients who engage in alternative religions or lifestyle practices (pagan, wicca, satanism etc.)
We offer free trauma informed therapeutic services to the Black/African American Community through the County of Sacramento Behavioral Health Services. Department of Health Services website : https://dhs.saccounty.gov/BHS/Pages/Mental-Health-Services.aspx
We are an EAP provider through Magellan Health. We are currently not accepting EAP clients.
We are partnering with TRANSOPP Specialty Services to provide Substance Abuse counseling, Anger Management, and Court-Ordered Forensic Substance Abuse Evaluations.
We provide health education workshops on issues affecting the Black community, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high infant mortality rates, and trauma. Workshops are held monthly serving all 58 counties, including Stockton, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties.
Rabiia is the Founder, CEO, lead Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor at the clinic. Rabiia has been in the mental health industry for over 15 years, practicing for 8 years. Rabiia has a dual master's degree in psychology and counseling, is a doctoral student at Walden University, and is a certified Forensic Addictions Counselor. Rabiia has a wealth of knowledge and is remarkable at assisting clients with breakthroughs.
Inez Adams is a Substance Abuse Counselor working for over 5 years in Sacramento, California. Inez is the CEO of TRANSOPP Specialty Services DBA House of Transitional Opportunity Outreach Program, Inc., a nonprofit organization. Inez completed her AA Degree in Human Service, Chemical Dependency, and Liberal Arts at Consumnes River College and bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science at Grand Canyon University (GCU). Inez continued and is currently working on receiving her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also at GCU. Inez’s goal is to provide services by offering Anger Management and Parenting classes for individuals who are mandated through court, employment, CPS, probation, etc. TRANSOPP Specialty Services, ww.transoppspecialtyservices.org will soon offer classes
for domestic violence.
Our practice is located on T and 29th Streets. It is blocks from the light rail and wheelchair accessible. We offer in-person, telehealth, and phone appointments. Due to COVID protocols, the building is not accessible to the public.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
